The Claude directory listing is in review; until then you can add Replai in Claude as a custom connector. You can ask about conversations, contacts and deals, and with your permission send messages or update records. The workspace owner controls what connected apps may do in Settings, AI connectors, and every connection can be disconnected at any time.
Is there a Google Sheets add-on?
Yes. The Replai add-on on the Google Workspace Marketplace sends approved WhatsApp templates to the numbers in your sheet, fills template variables from your columns, can schedule sends and writes the delivery status back to each row.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?
Yes, if your number is eligible for coexistence. When you connect, choose the option for a number that is already active on the WhatsApp Business app. You keep using the app on your phone and the same number also works in Replai.
