1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and standards for using the Replai platform ("Service"), operated by Junkies Coder. By using Replai, you agree to comply with this policy.

This AUP is designed to protect our users, their customers, and the integrity of the WhatsApp Business ecosystem. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Replai to:

2.1 Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to contacts who have not opted in
  • Send messages to purchased, scraped, or harvested contact lists
  • Send messages without obtaining explicit, verifiable consent from recipients
  • Use deceptive tactics to obtain consent (e.g., pre-checked boxes, hidden clauses)

2.2 Harmful or Illegal Content

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or ransomware
  • Send phishing messages or links designed to steal personal information
  • Share content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or terrorism
  • Distribute pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material
  • Promote illegal activities, substances, or services

2.3 Fraud and Impersonation

  • Impersonate other businesses, organizations, or individuals
  • Send misleading or deceptive messages
  • Conduct fraudulent schemes, scams, or pyramid schemes
  • Misrepresent your identity or the purpose of your communications

2.4 Platform Abuse

  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, messaging restrictions, or security measures
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to abuse the platform (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions

3. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies at all times:

  • 24-Hour Rule — Send free-form messages only within 24 hours of the last customer-initiated message. Outside this window, use approved message templates only.
  • Template Guidelines — Message templates must be accurate, non-deceptive, and comply with Meta's template review criteria.
  • Opt-In/Opt-Out — Always honor opt-out requests promptly. Provide clear instructions for customers to unsubscribe.
  • Quality Rating — Maintain a healthy quality rating by sending relevant, valuable messages and minimizing customer blocks and reports.

4. AI Usage Guidelines

If you use Replai's AI-powered features:

  • AI must be used for specific, task-driven purposes only (e.g., customer support, order tracking, lead qualification)
  • General-purpose AI chatbots (open-ended "ask-me-anything" bots) are prohibited per Meta's 2026 policy update
  • You must review all AI-generated replies before sending to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
  • Do not rely solely on AI for sensitive communications (medical, legal, financial advice)
  • Keep your knowledge base content accurate, up-to-date, and relevant
  • You are responsible for all messages sent through the platform, including AI-generated ones

5. Data Protection

You must:

  • Comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA, etc.)
  • Obtain proper consent before collecting and processing personal data
  • Honor data subject requests (access, deletion, portability) in a timely manner
  • Implement appropriate security measures for any data you manage through the platform
  • Not use the platform to process special categories of personal data (health, biometric, etc.) without appropriate legal basis

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Warning — First-time minor violations may receive a written warning
  • Temporary Suspension — Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary account suspension
  • Permanent Ban — Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination
  • Legal Action — We reserve the right to pursue legal action for violations that cause harm to Junkies Coder, its users, or third parties

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of violations before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or its users.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to:

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
