Privacy Policy for Replai — WhatsApp Sender & Automation for Google Sheets

This Privacy Policy specifically describes how Replai ("we", "us", or "our", operated by Junkies Coder) collects, uses, and protects information when you install and use the Replai — WhatsApp Sender & Automation Google Sheets editor add-on (the "Add-on").

1. Information We Access From Google Sheets

When you use the Add-on, we request access only to the specific Google Sheets document where the Add-on is installed (spreadsheets.currentonly). We access:

  • Column Header Names: To allow you to map columns to WhatsApp template placeholders (e.g. "Name", "Phone", "Invoice ID").
  • Matched Row Data: Phone numbers, customer names, and values in cells that match your configured automation rules.
  • Delivery Status Write-Back: We write the message dispatch status (e.g. "Sending", "Queued", "Skipped") into a dedicated Replai Status column in your spreadsheet.

We do not access, scan, or read any other files, documents, or spreadsheets in your Google Drive.

2. How Your Data Is Used

Data accessed from your spreadsheet is used solely for the following purpose:

  • To format, validate, and deliver authorized WhatsApp template messages to the recipients you specify, through your connected Replai account and the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

3. Data Transmission and Storage

  • Transmission: All communication between the Google Sheets Add-on and Replai servers (wacrm.junkiescoder.com) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 over HTTPS.
  • API Key Security: Your Replai API key is stored exclusively in your personal Google UserProperties. It is never written to spreadsheet cells or shared with spreadsheet collaborators.
  • Rule Storage: Automation rules are stored within Google's secure DocumentProperties associated with that specific spreadsheet.
  • Message Logs: Records of dispatched messages (recipient phone number, delivery status, timestamp) are stored in your own Replai account dashboard for reporting and compliance.

4. What We Do NOT Do With Your Data

Replai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The full policy is published at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.

In concrete terms:

  • No Selling or Renting: We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your spreadsheet data or customer contact information.
  • No Advertising: We do not use your data for advertising, retargeting, or marketing.
  • No AI Model Training: We do not use your spreadsheet data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

5. Google OAuth Scopes Requested

The Add-on requests only the minimum necessary scopes to operate:

  1. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly — Read headers and matching row values in the active document; write delivery status.
  2. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request — Send HTTPS API requests to Replai servers to dispatch WhatsApp messages.
  3. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.scriptapp — Install background triggers (onChange and daily reminder dispatchers).
  4. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui — Render the sidebar and configuration dialog inside Google Sheets.
  5. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email — Display the active operator email on rule cards to ensure clear ownership.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Uninstalling the Add-on: If you remove the Add-on from a spreadsheet, no further triggers will fire.
  • Account Deletion: To delete message history or your Replai account, you can request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
