Terms of Service for Replai — WhatsApp Sender & Automation for Google Sheets

By installing or using the Replai — WhatsApp Sender & Automation Google Sheets add-on (the "Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.

1. License & Prerequisites

  • We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on in accordance with these Terms.
  • Requirements: You must have an active Replai account, a valid Replai API key with broadcast permissions, and an authorized Meta WhatsApp Business account.

2. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You agree that:

  1. Consent & Anti-Spam: You have obtained lawful opt-in consent from every recipient prior to sending WhatsApp messages through this Add-on.
  2. Policy Compliance: You will comply with the Meta WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and all applicable local telecommunications and privacy regulations (including GDPR, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM).
  3. Prohibited Activities: You will not use the Add-on to transmit spam, unsolicited commercial advertisements, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.

3. WhatsApp and Google Trademarks

  • WhatsApp™ is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Replai is an independent software solution built using the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and is not endorsed, certified, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Google Sheets™ is a trademark of Google LLC. Use of this trademark is subject to Google Permissions.

4. Availability & Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for high uptime and reliable service; however, the Add-on is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Delivery of messages is subject to Meta WhatsApp network availability and Google Apps Script service quotas.
  • In no event shall Junkies Coder or Replai be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from message delivery delays, carrier rejections, or account suspensions by Meta due to policy violations.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke API key access or suspend integration usage if you violate Meta policies, engage in spamming, or breach these Terms.
